Analisis Dampak dari Mutu Pelayanan, Harga, dan Lokasi terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Pelanggan di Yuke Fresh Laundry Jakarta Pusat

The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of service quality, price, and location on customer satisfaction at Yuku Fresh Laundry in Central Jakarta.This research is based on supporting theories regarding service quality, price and location, as well as customer satisfaction. This research uses primary data and samples collected through a non- probability sampling method using a purposive sampling strategy. Data was obtained from Yuke Fresh Laundry customers through Google Form over a period of 14 days with a total of 100 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using an external model.Internal model and hypothesis testing. Update for researchers using the SEM Smart PLS 4 application. The hypothesis testing results show that service quality negatively affects customer satisfaction at Yuke Fresh Laundry, price positively affects customer satisfaction at Yuke Fresh Laundry, and location negatively affects customer satisfaction at Yuke Fresh Laundry to provide a positive impact. Another consequence is that the service quality of Youke Fresh Laundry is unsatisfactory because the company is unable to provide timely and competent service. Youke Fresh Laundry should focus on service because price and location have the greatest influence on customer satisfaction, while service quality is less dominant.
