Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi dan Komitmen Afektif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai pada Puskesmas Telaga Murni Kabupaten Bekasi

This research aims to determine the effect of organizational climate and affective commitment on employee job satisfaction at the Telaga Murni Health Center, Bekasi Regency. The research method used is quantitative research, which means that research is used to examine certain populations and samples, data collection using research instruments, data analysis is quantitative or statistical, with the aim of testing the established hypothesis. The sampling technique used is the saturated sampling technique or the entire population is sampled, while the population in this study was 91 respondents. Data analysis using Smart PLS 4.0 Software and hypothesis testing is the T Test and F Test. Based on the results of the study, the organizational climate variable has a significant effect on job satisfaction, the affective commitment variable has effect on job satisfaction, the organizational climate variable has an effect on affective commitment.
