Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Otoriter dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Anggota Korps Marinir TNI AL Cilandak Divisi Persenjataan

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of athoritarian leadership style and work environment on job satisfaction among members of the TNI AL Marine Corps, Cilandak Waepons Division. This research is quantitative in nature. The sample used in this study is a saturated sample with a total of 74 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires using Google Form. The respondents of this study are members of tht TNI AL Marine Corps, Cilandak Waepon Division. The analysis method used in Multiple Linear Regression. The result of this study indicate that the variables of Authoritarian Leadership Style and Work Environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect of employee satisfaction. Furthermore, in the partial test, the Authoritarian Leadership Style variables had a t-count value of 2,990 greater than t-table value of 1,666 and the Work Environment variable had a t-count value of 4,226 greater than the t-table value of 1,666.
