Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga, dan Pelayanan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Pakaian (Studi kasus pada Bloods Store Cikarang)

This research was motivated by pre-survey data which showed a phenomenon where many people came to the Bloods store Cikarang but did not buy anything. Many customers complain that prices are not commensurate with product quality and poor service. The research carried out aims to determine partially and simultaneously the independent variables, namely product quality, price, service and the dependent variable for purchasing decisions. The method used in this research is a quantitative method using a questionnaire. The population in this study was 294 Bloods store Cikarang customers or people who had visited Bloods store Cikarang, so it can be concluded that this study used a sample of 170 respondents. Researchers used the SPSS version 25 program to test the data in this study. Based on the research results, the Product Quality variable has a significant positive influence on Purchasing Decisions, the Price variable has a significant positive influence on Purchasing Decisions and the Service variable has a significant positive influence on Purchasing Decisions.
