Abstract

This research was conducted to determine, and identify whether there is a significant effect of work quality and work professionalism on service quality. This research was conducted at the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development (BKPSDM) Padang City. This study used a quantitative. Determination of the sample in this formula slovin sampling, a sample of 97 employees who had received service at the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development (BKPSDM) of Padang City was obtained. The data in this study were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. Data analysis was performed using classical assumption test and multiple linear regression. The results of processing this data analysis indicate that there is a positive influence on the quality of work on the Quality of Service at BKSDM Adjusted R Square of 0.180%, the significance value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. Work professionalism has a significant effect on satisfaction of Service Quality Adjusted R Square by 0.265%. the significance value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. parsialeously work quality and work professionalism have a significant effect on service quality of 0.176%, the significance value of 0.000 is less than 0.05.
