Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of rewards, punishments and organizational climate on performance appraisals of Shopee Express Tambun Selatan employees. The research method used is quantitative research, which means research used to research certain populations and samples, data collection using research instruments, quantitative or statistical data analysis, with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique or the entire population was sampled, while the total population in this study was 93 respondents. Data analysis uses Smart PLS 4.0 software and hypothesis testing, namely T Test and F Test. Based on the research results, the awarded variable has a significant influence on performance assessment, the punishment variable has an influence on performance assessment, the organizational climate variable has an influence on performance assessment.
