Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Suasana Kafe, dan Variasi Menu terhadap Minat Berkunjung Kembali pada Kafe 7 Bintang Kecamatan Campurdarat, Kabupaten Tulungagung

This research is motivated by the increasing development of the business world causing companies to face increasingly fierce competition. Thus, business actors play an active role in doing various ways to attract consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of service on interest in visiting again, to determine the effect of cafe atmosphere on interest in visiting again, to determine the effect of menu variations on interest in visiting again, to determine the effect of service quality, cafe atmosphere, and menu variations on interest in visiting again. Descriptive research type with a Quantitative approach. The sample size was 100 respondents, namely visitors to the 7-star cafe in Campurdarat District, Tulungagung Regency. The data collection technique is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the help of SPSS Version 25. The results of the study state that service quality (X₁) tcount value (2.260) > ttable (1.985) which means there is an effect of service quality on revisit interest, cafe atmosphere (X₂) tcount value (2.058) > ttable (1.985) which means there is an effect of cafe atmosphere on revisit interest, menu variations (X₃) tcount value (5.663) > ttable (1.985) which means there is an effect of menu variations on revisit interest. Simultaneously, the variables of service quality (X₁), cafe atmosphere (X₂), and menu variations (X₃) value Fhitung (29.774) > Ftabel (3.090) so that there is a positive and significant influence on the variable Interest in visiting again. The result of the Coefficient of Determination (Adjusted R Square) is 46.6%, the remaining 53.4% is influenced by other variables not included in this model.
