Pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Harga terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Skincare The Originote pada Mahasiswa Universitas Bhinneka PGRI

This study aims to find out: 1) the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction of the originote skincare, 2) the effect of price on the satisfaction of the originote skincare consumer. This research is quantitative. The population in this study is students of semesters VI and VIII of the economics education study program who use the originote skincare which totals 98 students with a saturated sampling method The data collection technique uses a questionnaire method. The results of the analysis in this study showed: 1) partially the value of t-calculus. > ,t-table. namely (3,716 > 1,985) and the value of SIG. < 0.05 i.e. (0.000 < 0.05) indicates that there is a significant influence of product quality on consumer satisfaction of The originote skincare. 2) partially the value of ,t-calculate. > ,t-table. which is (5.562> 1.985) and the value of sig. < 0.05 i.e. (0.000 < 0.05) indicates that there is a significant influence of price on consumer satisfaction of the originote skincare. 3) simultaneously ,F-cal.>,F-table. which is 215,173 > 3.091 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. An Adjust R² score of 81.5% means that customer satisfaction is influenced by product quality and price. While the remaining 18.5% was influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study.
