Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Cafe De Savvah Tulungagung

The development of the culinary business is now very rapid, therefore culinary business entrepreneurs must have advantages that differentiate themselves from competitors. In making a purchasing decisions, generally a person first thinks about what product they want to buy and how it compares with other products, therefore the researcher examined the title The Influence of Service Quality and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions. This research aims to see the influence of service quality and product quality on purchasing decisions at De Savvah café. Data collection is by questionnaire to obtain the required variable data. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The instrument used is in the form of a statement with an existing answer. The results of the data analysis showed that the service quality variable (X1) had a tcount > ttable was 4,115 > 1,984, meaning that there was an influence of service quality on purchase decisions. Then in the product quality variable (X2) the tcount > ttable was 4,744 > 1,984 which means that there is an influence of product quality on purchase decisions. Simultaneously, it was concluded that the Fcount > Ftable was 39.747 > 3.090, so the variables of service quality and product quality simultaneously affected the variables of purchase decisions at De savvah Tulungagung café.
